The platform provides users with templates, fonts, tools for photo editing and enables to make charts and graphs. The company produces tutorials and runs online courses and an educational blog. Canva is an Australian firm headquartered in Sydney.

Canva is available in five versions: Free, Pro, Enterprise, Education and Nonprofits. Pro and Enterprise options support team collaboration (for small and large businesses respectively). Canva Education is made for classrooms and allows to design presentations, assignments and more, as well as gives access to a bank of free images, fonts and animations. Canva for Nonprofits is free and is mainly focused on designing social media campaigns.
