The product is used by companies in financial, telecommunication, healthcare and technology industries and public sector. Among clients are J.P. Morgan, Arcelor Mittal, Dupont and General Motors.

The company's flagship product is Automation 360 platform. It consists of:
RPA Workspace - the automation software itself;
Discovery Bot, which scans the processes of a business and finds automation opportunities;
IQ Bot, which extracts relevant data from documents and emails;
Bot Insight, which delivers RPA analytics, showing what automations can be improved;

The company also offers an automation program for individual employees called AARI.
